General – Scope of application
Our deliveries and services are performed exclusively under the General Terms and Conditions of Sale set forth hereinafter. They apply also to all future transactions conducted between the contracting parties without requiring further special reference to them. They shall apply also to contracts concluded at a later date even if we do not expressly refer to them specifically, and even if we perform our deliveries or services to the Orderer without reservation in full knowledge of standard terms and conditions of the Orderer that are contrary to or deviate from our General Terms and Conditions.

Returns / Cancellations
Our policy lasts 14 days from when you receive your purchase in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If 14 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Where applicable, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Delivery Schedule
As the majority of HD-CUSTOM products are hand made to order, delivery time is 7-30 days from the point of order. All product free shipping worldwide.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
